The founder’s story
I'm a former Marine Corps infantry and staff officer, with operational leadership experience earned the way the Marine Corps teaches it: under pressure, with real consequences for the team, and no substitute for showing up prepared. That experience shaped how I think about ownership: mission first, take care of your people, and don't confuse activity with progress.
Since leaving active service, I've built directly toward this next chapter: hands-on founder and operator experience building an early-stage venture, industry experience in drug development, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth focused on the financial and operating skills needed to buy and run companies well. Polaris Keep Capital is that next chapter, full-time, hands-on ownership, built to last.
