Polaris Keep Capital (“we”, “us”) operates this website. We are a self-funded search fund based in Southern California. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, why, and how we handle it.
Information you give us
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company (optional), your role, and your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and, if a conversation continues, to evaluate a potential transaction. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, a transactional email service that processes the message on our behalf.
Information collected automatically
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the site performs and which pages are visited. These tools are cookie-less and do not track you across other websites; they record aggregated page views, device and browser type, country, and performance timings. Our hosting provider, Vercel, also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry emails for as long as they are relevant to a potential or ongoing conversation, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Confidentiality
Anything you tell us about a business is treated as confidential. Before any financial information is exchanged, we will put a written non-disclosure agreement in place.
Your choices and rights
- You can contact us without the form by emailing us directly.
- You can ask what information we hold about you and request that we correct or delete it.
- California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
